I built my brand, dubbed “The Nick Experience”, around the genuine belief that the method to creating a successful business is by creating a brand whose mission is to solve the problems of homeowners.

Keeping video marketing interesting and doing more than just the average video walkthrough everyone is used to is an effective strategy used by the big brands.
Breaking down the psychological barriers of people thinking they’re being sold something by being casual, funny, or interesting keeps people engaged and makes it more likely that they’ll watch the whole video.
2. Pre-Listing home inspections
The bread-and-butter of my strategy. My team of respected Home Inspectors will inspect your home before we ever go public. Using this inspection, more than 80% of my listings sell without the buyer doing an inspection or asking for any repairs.
3. Professional cleaners and interior designers
A clean and organized house is one of the most important things to have when selling. Why do it yourself? Let me and my resources clean your home, as well as stage and reorganize it for maximum appeal.
4. Massive scale marketing drop
The first weekend on the market is the most important one. It’s when you’re most likely to get an offer, and when the most amount of people see your home. I lean into that momentum through mailbox, email, phone, and digital marketing.
